Where we ship We currently ship to addresses within the United States.

Shipping cost Shipping is free on all U.S. orders.

Processing time Every order is roasted fresh after you place it, so it does not ship the same minute you order. Orders typically ship within a few business days. You will receive an email with tracking information as soon as your order ships.

Delivery time Once shipped, delivery typically takes 3–7 business days depending on your location. Delivery dates are estimates, not guarantees, and can be affected by carrier delays or weather.

Orders with multiple items Orders with more than one item may arrive in one package or in separate packages.

Address accuracy Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We cannot redirect an order once it has shipped, and packages returned to us because of an incorrect address may incur additional shipping charges to resend.

Lost or damaged orders If your order arrives damaged, or has not arrived within 10 business days after it shipped, email hello@hojasvivas.com with your order number and, if applicable, a photo. We will make it right with a replacement or refund.
