How much does shipping cost?
Shipping is free on all U.S. orders. There are no hidden fees at checkout.
When will my order arrive?
Orders are processed in 1-2 business days and typically arrive 3-5 days after shipping. Once your order ships, you'll receive tracking information.
Do you ship outside the United States?
Not at this time. We currently ship within the United States only.
Our Coffee
Is the coffee whole bean or ground?
All of our coffees are sold as whole bean, in 12 oz (340 g) bags, so you can grind right before brewing.
Is the coffee roasted to order?
Yes. Your coffee is roasted to order rather than sitting on a shelf.
Which grind size should I use?
As a starting point: coarse for French press, medium-coarse for pour-over, and medium for drip machines.
What are the tasting notes?
Colombia: dried orange, bright berry and rich chocolate. Guatemala: rich dark chocolate, balanced bright fruit and butterscotch. Costa Rica: sweet apple, rich raisin and smooth honey.

Returns & Support
What if my order arrives damaged or incorrect?
Please email us at hello@hojasvivas.com within 14 days of delivery. We'll replace or refund your order. You don't need to send the coffee back.
What if my order doesn't arrive?
If your order hasn't arrived within 10 business days, contact us at hello@hojasvivas.com and we'll make it right.
